Local Volunteering and Fundraising

Baxter actively encourages and facilitates employee volunteering in our local communities.

In Dublin, Baxter has been supporting Junior Achievement in Ireland for over 20 years. Junior Achievement Ireland (JAI) encourages young people to remain in education and helps them develop the skills they need to succeed in a changing world.  Local Baxter facilities engage with local schools throughout the year. Business volunteers deliver programmes in the schools and we also welcome schools into our offices.

There is a very active charity committee who organize multiple events during the year and fundraise for many charitable organisations.  Some of the charities that we have supported more recently include CF Ireland, The Peter McVerry Trust, The Movember Foundation and The Gavin Glynn Foundation.
